Order Processing Time
Please allow 2–3 business days for order processing and production before your order ships.

Shipping Time & Delivery
Shipping times may vary depending on the fulfillment center your product ships from.
Average delivery time: 7–10 business days after your order has shipped.

Custom items may experience extended production and delivery times.

Please note: Holidays, weather, and other unforeseen events may cause delays. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we cannot guarantee exact arrival dates. Shipping delays are outside of our control once your package leaves our facility.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your shipping label is created and your package is transferred to USPS, we are no longer responsible for its delivery. Any lost, stolen, or delayed packages must be resolved directly with USPS.

Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours at thedobiman@gmail.com. Include:

• Your order number

• A photo of the damaged item

We handle these on a case-by-case basis but will do our best to find a solution that works for you.
